EnQuest Thistle LLX Case Study

The Thistly Late Life Extension (LLX) project is being implemented as the centrepiece of a strategy to recover a further 35 million barrels of oil from the Thistle and Deveron fields.

As part of this project, Micropack provided extensive Fire and Gas Detection consultancy services, including Fire and Gas Mapping and supplied the complete new package of fire and gas detection field devices.

The overall execution of this project was award winning in its approach, picking up the Oil and Gas UK award for Business Innovation. Micropack, amongst others played a key role in the success of this programme.
